Elisa Benetti

Dr. Elisa Benetti, MD, PhD, is a pediatric nephrologist at Padua University Hospital, where she has been coordinating the Pediatric Renal Transplant Program since 2014. Her clinical and research activity has focused on rare renal diseases and kidney transplantation since 2004. She has been the principal investigator or co-investigator in numerous national and international research projects and clinical trials in the field of pediatric kidney transplantation and is involved in several European networks and registries dedicated to improving pediatric transplant care, including the ESCAPE Study Group, CERTAIN, PODONET and the European Reference Network (ERN) TransplantChild.
